I'm going to run all new fluids in my jeep to see if it will help it run better.

I was trying to find some recommendations from people that know about cars.

that engine is so old i wouldnt fuck with synthetic, just put some fresh conventional oil in and a good filter (wix)

thats my opinion, i swtiched my acura engine from factory conventional to synthetic at 110k and the motor only made it to 130k

yea, he's kinda right, if your engine isnt use to full synthetic, then dont change it, iv been useing full synthietic since my car had 20k so thats why its goes so well with my car, i change it after every 3k an every oil change my oil is still clean, when that happens you kno your car is taking the oil nicely

The 1977 5.0 is getting the oil changed by my hands only every 2000 miles if not less.

If you run synthetic oil in a high mileage car that has never had synthetic you will see oil leaks you have never seen before, get that all the time at work. Just use castrol high mileage or autozone 1.69 oil, don't waste your money.

I say stick with synthetic blends,  not full synthetics
Regular Fram filters are trash, I stick with motor craft or Fram Racing filters.
