if Kara put in writing then sure.  A verbal agreement is only bound once money or goods are exchanged.  If she let him, "have" it back to use then she didnt relinquish ownership of it. She just allowed him to use it.  If she said you can have it, I am done with any part of owning this TV, that would be different.  Which no one in their right mind would do, so that didnt happen.

Me and kevin dated. We bought the tv TOGETHER, he put it on two of his cc's, I put 400ish on my credit card.

We broke up. He wouldn't let me have the tv. He owed me for tickets in my car, phone bill, iphone, and other random stuff about 1400 dollars worth. I went and took the tv out of the house/apt. My name was on the lease, therefore wasnt ILLEGAL!

He promised to pay me what he owed because he wanted the tv back since he didn't have a tv anymore (besides a 7inch old school tv), of course didn't happen.

Now since Jorge made that comment I want the fucking tv I helped pay for. Doesn't matter who he gave it too to help with rent esp.

I'm filing against kevin, who wouldn't give me the tv back. Since he's already in jail, it'll be easy. Corey can do whatever he pleases but once I have the cops over the house with a court order saying I get the tv he has to let me have it. No matter what little deals kevin and corey made.
