Alright you guys I have an 2006 mustang Gt.  Yesterday night I raced s197 like mine with longtubes and 3.73 gears. I raced him and beat him on a high way run. My car is pretty much stock with a K&N intake and axle back delete exhaust. Ok now the dude I raced said I should have gears since I would shift before him .Huh?? Then I did a dead stop run from 1st to 2nd I was at 6000 rpm and when I switched to second gear I was doin 40 mph . So do I have gears in my car?Huh?

Couldn't tell you, he could have been a stupid driver. Best thing to get someone to check.
