There are 35 Attorneys General from 35 states alreday drawing up lawsuits against the Federal Govt on the unconstitutionality of this healthcare bill.

WHAT? i'm for this plan, we are the only country that you have to pay out the asshole for medical care! we have US citizens moving to Mexico for their health care programs since you only pay $250 a year. dont give me that crap about the quality is lower tier because vast majority of the doctors come to the US to study medicine. the hospitals may not be up to par as here but the quality of medicine/health care is. the politicians are just mad because the CEO's of insurance companies are going to lose their million dollar salaries or have to take a pay cut.

Only reason im for it is b/c at least this is a sign of that things are getting done in the white house. every bill has its flaws and each side will argue and argue till they get what they want and won't stop till they do. Obama started out trying to be bipartisan didn't work out and now he's doing it his way.

This bill changed none of that. They gave the Drug Makers $80bil in subsidies, and made an agreement that they would still not allow generic drugs to be imported from outside the country.

 Drug prices will stay as high as ever, and now they have law to point to do it.

The have NO tort reform in the Law, so Doctors STILL have to pracitce defensive mediine by ordering tests in triplicate so they can cover there Azz from a lawsuit.  They STILL have to pay ridiculous Malpractice premiums because nothing has been done to stop the frivolous lawsuits.

They STILL have the coverage tied to the employer instead of having it protable, where you can buy it from any insurer in the country.  The ins companies monopoly on health insurance is STILL in effect.



This bill is a bunch of Handouts given to political supporters, with very little being done to actually get at the root problem of controlling costs.



These are my problems with it, and I haven't even started on how the bill is illegal by stating the ways this bill violates the Constitution yet.

well said... I am in total agreement with you... Plus they were saying that this bill was going to reduce the national debt by $1 trillion......and the cost over  the next 10 years will be $950 billion..... and these were the revised numbers that Pelosi brought in to make it look better than the last price tag...
