well, she was waving a knife in front of a cop - not a smart decision.... but on the flip side all that dumb cop had to do was just grab her. not like she's gonna be nimble and agile with that cane being 80 something years old....

yea, I guarantee she will sue. Everyone in this world is sue happy nowadays. Exactly why I stopped studying law. It makes me sick to see how greedy people get.

i say justified but knowing how some ppl are nowadays if the cop gets off they'l riot protest and and claim raciest, dont matter how old how young, how smart or how dumb, you fuck with the cops they gonna do what they gotta do, now if the person is 100% innocent ok then i agree witht he ppl, but that lady had a knife, waving it in front of a cop......................WHO THE FUCK DOES THAT AND THINKS ITS OK!!! they let that old lady off then itll be another old lady or old man with a gun, the cops were in the right!!!
