I heard a certain someone is trying to raise the tax on beer another 172% over the 40% its at now and raise the tax on wine an amazing 233% anyone know more about this?

its crazy the things that are going on in this country.. ya know statisticly 97% of the people in the united states pay only 5% of the countrys tax's the rest comes from our enterprizes.. and soon the alchol industry in going to go under... it basicly means a 20$ case of beer will soon cost 36$??? holy crap somtimes i wonder what our govt is smokin.

besides where i go everything is cheaper than other places like Hypno for ex. at other stores it may cost like 70 bucks(big bottles) but where i go its only like 46 and personal bottles go for like 25-30 bucks

That's why it's a Stupid idea.  If people want it they will still buy it no matter the cost. But hey, the government will get rich quicker if they raise the taxes because of people like you, so why not.

the president has nothing to do with whats going on. presidents have always been a face for the public and nothing else.. very rarely do you ever see a president do what they say they want to because as soon as they are in the house their world gets rocked with new info.. takes about a year for them to understand the game.

Yeah well the govt can kiss my ass.. the prez declaired america a muslim nation a few weeks ago... last i looked this was still a dominatly christian nation.. and whats up with trying to give everyone who has a legitamte argument about somthing their own right.. like gays for instance.. watch itll happen soon gays will be a social acceptable thing even in elementary schools.. even tho gays only make up less than 1% of our nation...

This may be off the alcohol topic, but it is about the government. trying to tell us how to raise our kids and how a spanking is child abuse, WTF. Soon their going to be telling me when I can make a head call legally.
