ok so im sure im not the only one.  i have had a 1997 Mustang V6, a 1998 Mustang V6 and a 1998 Cobra.
all of which had the same damn problem.  FLOPPY SEAT BELTS!!!  so does any1 had any idea how to fix that?
it seems to be on all the 94-98 coupes at least.

I did it by replacing the belt lock in the belt shell/storage thing.
