ok so my clutch started going out bout a month ago and the guy who owned the car before me trashed the syncro in 4th. its a T-45 trans.
but whenever i push the clutch, start the car, and try to go to reverse, 3 out of 5 times it wont go in without me sitting there playin with the clutch pedal and shifter for a few mins.
any1 else have this problem and does any1 have any tips on how to fix it or avoid it??? thanks

thats the weird part though.  it doesnt grind in.  it just doesnt go in at all.

First then reverse.  T-45 problem. You won't fix it.

+1, after a while it'll be a habit... also, if you just hold it toward reverse and start letting the clutch out, it'll move the input shaft and pop it into gear... it's inherant to the design of the t45... plus, 1st then reverse is better on the trans anyway
