So I got the stang dyno'd and tuned today by Archie over at Dallas Mustang. He ended up being an hour late, so we got started about 2pm, and finished up about 5:15.  The car sprung a fuel injector leak, so we had to contend with that  a little. So, I guess I can be happy with the results - sort of....   The car dyno'd at 282 hp and and like 305 torque. I didn't get a chance to put the new plugs in there before I brought it in ( Archie told me to do this but no one at AutoZone or O'reilleys could tell me which plug to get ). I needed a colder range plug, so during the max peak, the plugs crapped out on me.

So, it wasn't 300 hp, but he said that with the better plugs and a little more tinkering and a retune, I should get close to if not just over that 300hp... So on the 125 shot, it did the same thing - the plugs started crapping out real bad, and the injectors lost signal to the computer. On the shot it technically hit 375 hp and 450  torque, but Archie said that with that plug switch and retune and fixing the injector I should be  able to get close to 425 hp and 550 torque. There was a dramatic cutoff on the dyno chart where the plugs crapped out.   So, during the week I am going to switch the plugs out and fix the fuel injector.

Archie also told me that I need to hurry up and put the 3.73's in the car, and it will REALLY make it come alive. He also told me that I should go and buy another nozzle and some lines and fittings and another relay/solenoid and put a twin injection system for the nitrous, off of one bottle, and put a 100/125 shot in each for a total of 200 or even 250 shot, and that I should make upwards of more than 500 rwhp and close to 650-700 torque. He liked the motor. I have video from the pulls, so when I get a chance in the during the day tomorrow I will post them all under this post. I also need to go back to Dallas Mustang and get my dyno charts. We ran so late that when Archie, Mike and I went out the door it was almost 5:30 and they closed at 5pm. SO hopefully I can pick those up tomorrow of Wednesday.   So, all in all not so bad, but I was looking for better numbers off the motor alone. He said that with the plug change and a new retune I should come really close if not just slightly over 300

The numbers for the torque should have been better but 450 is where it cut off when the signal was lost, so he thinks that I am already well above 500 torque.

you need to make a separate part for dyno numbers and charts and put all the stuff from Dyno day there.

thats one step colder
IMO ngk's are over rated and are platinum
I stick to copper when it comes to juice and in a 125+ shoot you need 3 steps colder
SO look in to :
NGK R5724-9 (stock number 7891);
Autolite AR93;
Denso IT-27

nope, I need to buy another rear end housing and do it out of the car, and then just change out the axles, but I have never done gears before, therefore I am waiting on my father to do it (once I buy the housing), and then I will reinstall everything.

the dumbest thing you could do is put over a 125 shot making over 450hp is a ticking time bomb for that bottom end unless its built
