Is there a way to mod a differential to lock up at all times and distribute 100% torque to both wheels?
And if there is a kit I can find let me know what its called,
Its for a Explorer with  8.8 4:10 with 31 spline axles

Lockers are for hardcore crawling. You have to hit up a garage and see if they can but in a locker. Cause I did it myself on my friends blazer I guarantee you don't have the tools needed.

I have a limited slip right now, but it's a pos when it comes to sand
since both wheels loose traction all time it goes crazy switching torque from one wheel to another
I need something that is engaged all the time.

Should I go redneck and weld spider gears ?

It's two wheel drive it won't work. spider gears aren't used for all the power to the real wheels.

My friend did it to his step side 2wd chevy pick up and snaped the axle and chipped the gears all to hell.

I know they don't trust me I had to replace a few spider gears back in the days when i used to spray 150 shot on the v-sick
I was just wanting to see how the rear will react to welding, but you're right that too ghetto
